We brought you a peek at this beer, and now we have the full packaging from Allagash Brewing in Portland, ME. This is Pastiche and it is a blended barrel-aged beer that is made up of four base beers that have aged in eight different kinds of barrels (Rye Whiskey, Vermouth, Port, Rum, Bourbon, Red Wine, Gin & Brandy). After aging 3-4 months, the beers are blended to create Pastiche. The beer will roll in at 8%-AbV and you’re looking at the 750ml bottle, now carrying the new Independent Craft Seal from the Brewers Association.
