This morning we get our very first look at an exciting new collaboration brew coming from Brasserie De La Senne. in Brussels, Belgium. This is Major Tom and it is a collaboration with Isabel & Tom Peters to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of our very own Monks Café in Philadelphia, PA. The beer is a double saison fermented with brettanomyces and it will fly in at 7.5%-AbV. This beer was brewed on 23 Oct 2017 and it will be packaged in 11.2oz bottles for U.S. distribution.
