This morning we bring you a new bottle coming from Firestone Walker Barrelworks. This is Under Currants (UnderCurrants) and it is a wild ale (Agrestic Ale aged 12-36 months) fermented with black currants (1.5lbs/gallon) that is then matured in French Oak “Fruiders” for 4-months. The beer will hit 6.3%-AbV and this is the 375m bottle.
