Today we have a new collaboration beer coming from Jolly Pumpkin in Dexter, MI. This is All Eyez Bánh Mí and it will be a collaboration with Monkish Brewing. The beer will be a sour saison that pay’s tribute to the Vietnamese sandwich Bánh Mí. The beer is brewed with bread, carrots, daikon radish, jalapenos, cilantro, salt and peppercorns. Look for All Eyez Bánh Mí to hit 5.6%-AbV and you’re looking at the 750ml bottle.
