Find this first on mybeerbuzz.com: Here we have a new collaboration beer coming from Side Project Brewing in Maplewood, MO. This is Velvet and it will be a collaboration with Casey Brewing (Glenwood Springs, CO). The beer will be a farmhouse ale aged in French oak wine barrels with 1400-pounds of Colorado apricots. The beer will hit 8%-AbV and you’re looking at the 750ml bottle. Stay tuned for release timing.
