Bruery Terreux & Side Project Collaborating On Mousseux L’Orange

This morning we bring you a new collaboration beer coming from Bruery Terreux in Placentia, CA. This is Mousseux L’Orange (“sparkling orange”) and it will be the 2nd in a three-part series of collaborations with Side Project Brewing that are inspired by orange winemaking methods. This version uses the same base blonde ale fermented on whole Chardonnay grape clusters and aged in French oak barrels. The beer will hit 10.7%-AbV and it be packaged in 750ml bottles.
