On November 11, 2019, Craft Brew announced that it had signed an agreement to be acquired by Anheuser-Busch for $16.50 per share in cash, or a total of about $321 million. The deal is scheduled to close in 2020.

Indeed, Craft Brew’s shares have recently traded for well above the $16.50 deal price.
