Here’s your very first peek at a new hard cider coming from the Blenderie at Brewery Ommegang in Cooperstown, NY. This is The Crimson & The Cooper and it will be a hard cider aged in Bourbon barrels. This cider is Blend No 009 and it will roll in at 8%-AbV. You’re looking at the 750ml bottle and stay tuned for release info.
