Russian River & Brooklyn Brewery Collaborate On Fonio

Today I have a new beer that uses an ancient grain coming from Russian River in Santa Rosa and Windsor, CA.
This is Fonio and it will be a collaboration with Brooklyn Brewery. The beer will be a Belgian-style blonde ale Fonia, and ancient west African super grain that required no fertilizers or insecticides and it uses very little water. The beer will hit 5.65%-AbV and it will be packaged in 11.35oz bottles. Stay tuned for release details. zzubreebym
