Here we have another new collaboration beer coming from Off Color Brewing in Chicago, IL. This is Miscellanea Vol. 3 and it will be a collaboration with Allagash, Side Project, Jester King, Jackie O’s & Central State Brewing. The beer will be a foudre-fermented wild ale brewed with Nugget and Streisselspalt hops that rolls in at 7.8%-AbV and 8 IBU. This is the 250ml bottle and stay tuned for release info.
